We’re seeking a candidate with a keen eye for detail, outstanding organizational skills, and a passion for building relationships. The ideal individual demonstrates strong marketing and analytical abilities and excels at planning, executing, and improving campaigns to drive engagement and generate quality leads. In this role, you will collaborate closely with advisors, leadership, compliance teams, and external partners to achieve collaborative goals and help advance our marketing initiatives.
What You’ll do:
- Develop and implement engaging and innovative content for firm’s website and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Google) specifically for the 59-75 age demographic
- Design and implement drip campaigns to nurture leads and prospects in the senior market segment
- Compile monthly internal performance reports and analyze campaign effectiveness to inform and refine ongoing marketing strategies
- Produce, edit and share short impactful video clips that boost brand awareness and client engagement
- Monitor all lead funnels and ROI, providing recommendations to improve marketing programs
- Continuously explore and adopt the latest AI tools and trends to improve marketing workflows, refine campaign targeting, and personalize content
- Collaborate with leadership and advisor teams to plan and coordinate seminars and educational workshops, taking part in events to capture content for social media and enhance brand visibility
- Serve as the main point of contact for venues, vendors, and team ensuring deadlines are completed including mailers and digital ads
- Maintain records of approved advertisements, invitations, presentations, disclosures, and all related marketing materials
- Create and update all marketing materials including brochures, handouts, signage, presentations, and digital assets
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing for financial services, or highly regulated industries
- Experience in creating, editing, and producing video content for internal and external use (Ex. Facebook)
- Comprehensive experience in paid social media (Facebook Ads required; others a plus) and familiarity with creative strategies tailored to older adults
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Canva)
- Strong ability to execute online and offline marketing campaigns and a sharp eye for detail
- High degree of creativity, strong work ethic, and the ability to work at a fast pace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on schedule

Schedule:
- In office: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (flexible schedule)
