Descripción del puesto The HR Project Manager of Publicis Groupe will act as the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring that recruitment processes are managed with rigor, visibility, and accountability. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end coordination of hiring processes as structured projects—working closely with the HRBP and TA Lead to ensure the comprehensive coordination of processes, while ensuring timelines, ownership, and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met and enabling data-driven decision-making through accurate and timely reporting. Responsabilidades Recruitment Process Project Management Manage recruitment workflows as structured projects, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and ownership. Track progress across active requisitions, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and delays. Implement and monitor SLA compliance across all stages of the hiring process. Ensure consistent follow-up with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to drive execution. Standardize processes, templates, and reporting structures to improve efficiency and consistency. Ensure alignment on roles, responsibilities, and expectations across stakeholders. Drive governance discipline, ensuring accountability at each stage of the recruitment lifecycle. Stakeholder Management & Communication Act as a central point of coordination between Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and global stakeholders. Provide clear and structured updates on recruitment progress, risks, and outcomes. Escalate issues and raise flags proactively when SLAs or timelines are at risk. Ensure continuous alignment and communication to prevent process delays Reporting & Data Management Works with the Ops Team to ensure the integrity and organization of recruitment data across all platforms and trackers. Deliver clear, concise, and actionable reports on pipeline status, SLAs, and performance metrics. Develop dashboards and reporting cadence to provide visibility to global stakeholders. Generate insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement Track key recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, SLA adherence, etc.). Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities across the recruitment lifecycle. Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality. Support automation initiatives (e.g., bots, dashboards) to reduce manual workload. Business Partnering Act as a backup and support resource to the HR Business Partner, helping manage day-to-day HR priorities and stakeholder needs. Contribute to the execution of talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Support communications and change management activities related to People programs and business transformations. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and proactively identify opportunities to improve employee and manager experience. Cualificaciones Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields. Formal training in Project Management, PMO, Process Improvement, Agile Methodologies, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, or related disciplines are highly preferred. 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Process Excellence, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or related functions. Experience working in matrixed and global organizations is preferred. Advanced Excel and data management skills. Experience with reporting and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar). Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, or similar. Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities.
