Now Hiring: Commercial Cleaning Staff (Entry-Level)
We are currently hiring dependable and motivated individuals for entry-level commercial cleaning positions. No prior experience is required - training will be provided.
We are a commercial cleaning company providing services to office buildings, banks, medical facilities, manufacturing sites, and schools.
Position Overview
Most positions are part-time, typically consisting of 3–4 hour shifts. Full-time opportunities may be available in roles such as day porter, team lead, supervisor, and management for qualified and experienced employees.
Pay
Entry-level positions typically start at minimum wage, with opportunities for increases based on performance, assigned facility type, and additional responsibilities.
Work Environment
Employees may work independently or as part of a team depending on the assigned location. We make every effort to match team members with environments that suit their preferences when possible.
Employment Type
All positions are W-2 employee positions. Direct deposit is available.
Training
No experience is required. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure employees are prepared and confident in their role.

Responsibilities
- General cleaning and sanitation of assigned facilities
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Trash removal and restocking supplies
- Maintaining cleanliness and appearance standards
- Following safety procedures and cleaning protocols
