ALS Water Laboratory in Geelong has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Laboratory Manager as a CRM you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our major clients in monitoring and managing with strong communication skills within the business and client interaction.
The CRM role within ALS Water includes developing existing business within the environmental clients within the Geelong region. You will be required to assist in identifying future business needs and opportunities as well as managing existing clients in the Australian Water testing markets.
The day to day
Establish strong relationships through regular good communication skills.
Management of all Major Water Key Clients
Project management through daily monitoring of work orders and communication with senior lab productions staff
Ensuring adherence to clients supplied program information.
Compiling monthly reporting outlining performance and quality
Actively marketing the services of laboratory through phone and face to face client contact
Preparation of quotations and follow up.
Assisting and working together with client services team with tenders and quotes
Providing technical information to customers
Liaison with sub-contractors
Work as part of a client services team to achieve team results.
Issuing final certificate of analyses after conduction final checks
Provide back-up and assistance for team when required.
About you/The Essentials
Good working knowledge of quality systems policy and procedures
Strong customer service focus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional approach with ability to build rapport.
Min 5 years in Water or Environmental lab experience
A solid understanding of NATA and ISO 9001
Tertiary qualification in science or working knowledge or major water operation is desirable.
Good planning and organisational skills
Demonstrated judgement and problem-solving skills.
