We are seeking for a Service Sales Specialist to lead sales and marketing initiatives, engaging with both new and existing customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions for the High Voltage/Medium Voltage space. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing brand performance and profitability, and ensuring excellent customer support across product inquiries, pricing, and service resolution.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • You will formulate and implement sale strategy to capture and increase market share and growth, identify potential and new business opportunities covering all channel and industry segment, to achieve sales target and KPI identify customer needs, analyze and prepare calculations.

  • You will prepare Offer/quotation/proposal in line with company financial and contractual terms and conditions for submission to customer, to meet and achieve yearly sales, order volume and all financials' targets set by the business.

  • You will achieve sales volume and product mix target for local product group by setting appropriate price and margin for individual sales opportunities, responsible for preparing/maintaining of financial KPIs forecast (sales, revenue, EBITA etc.) for management review on a monthly basis. You will develop contract strategy and project proposals based on policies, customer requirements, budgets and timescales ensuring they meet agreed technical standards.

  • You will be identifying, discussing, reviewing and negotiating the contract baseline and other documents to ensure compliance with respect to maximizing the financial and operational performance, documenting any changes/amendments that happen during contract execution, assessing and monitoring the success/deviations of contracts to identify and required changes.

  • You will be ensuring timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects, cooperating with technical and financial staff, legal teams and the client’s own representatives, providing support and advice of new potential business opportunities demonstrating a strong legal knowledge base/ terminology.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering.

  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience in the required field and industry is preferred. 

  • You have proven track record in sales and marketing in the electrical systems industry and utility (specifically for HV/MV solutions or products).

  • You have in-depth knowledge of electrical systems and components (HV and MV), able to understand interpret technical specifications and drawing (Single Line Diagram), CAD and strong negotiation and closing skills, able to develop and maintain relationship with key clients and stakeholders and experience in managing multi-projects simultaneously.

  • Ready to travel for business trip locally.

  • Proficiency in business level in verbal and written English.
