Sub Leader (DMCN - PC Outbound)

Sub Leaders assist Team Leaders in leading a team of Associates for an assigned production area including meeting or exceeding safety, quality and production goals. Sub Leaders help create a positive work environment for our Associates as the first point of contact when Associates need assistance. They lead by example and uphold DENSO policies, DENSO's Code of Conduct, and enforce policies and procedures. Sub Leaders are responsible for Associate training for work processes as well as department specific health and safety requirements. Cover the responsibility of associates and managing production when Team Leader is not present.
