Clinical Manager (REC)

The Recovery Service Manager is ultimately responsible for the oversight of Recovery Education Centers, including the clinical and financial integrity of the programs, with an emphasis on maintaining the model and recovery orientation.   The Recovery Service Manager directly supervises the REC and Team Leaders. Responsibilities include: - Providing routine, scheduled and unscheduled mentoring to staff, including Team Leaders, for the purpose of developing clinical competencies and insuring quality of care.  Mentoring should occur through multiple formats, including individually and in groups, in the centers as well as the community and/or student homes.   - Facilitating staff understanding of the REC...
