• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience leading Human Resources operations.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Manufacturing experience is desirable
• Strong knowledge of labor relations and talent management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
