Maintenance Team Lead

The Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for leading, organizing, and overseeing the day‑to‑day maintenance activities at the Rotterdam site. The focus of the role is to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable technical operation, with performance driven by availability, reliability, and cost control. The Maintenance Team Lead manages the technical team and external contractors and ensures structured execution of maintenance activities. This includes minimizing downtime, increasing the technical reliability of installations, and achieving maintenance objectives. As Team Lead, you report to the Maintenance Manager, who is responsible for both the Zaandijk and Rotterdam sites. At the Rotterdam site, you act as the primary operational point of contact for daily maintenance activities. The role involves close collaboration with production, planning, engineering, and external parties to ensure optimal operational support. The Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for the daily operational management of maintenance activities at the Rotterdam site. In addition, the Maintenance Team Lead participates in the on‑call duty (consignatiedienst) in accordance with applicable agreements.
