Director, Airport & Commercial Real Estate

Reporting to the Executive Director, Customer and Commercial Development, the Director, Airport & Commercial Real Estate is a senior member of the Commercial Leadership team with end-to-end accountability for one of Canada’s largest and most strategic airport real estate portfolios. The role leads vision, strategy, and performance of a multi-million-square foot airport land and commercial real estate portfolio, unlocking long-term value through disciplined commercial execution, innovative partnerships, and strong stewardship of airport lands. The Director plays a critical role in enabling the airport’s ambitious growth aspirations while strengthening Toronto Pearson’s position as a cornerstone of Canada’s aviation ecosystem.
