Job Description
- prepare ,manage & distribute correspondence, reports and documents
- Make and receive internal and external calls
- Type documents and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Make report on minutes of meetings
- communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
- liaison with internal and external contacts
- receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
- Any other task as assigned by Supervisor
Required Qualification: OND or HND (Minimum of Upper Credit) in related discipline
