Sure is looking for a Product Implementation Manager (PIM) to join our Customer Success team and own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for partner programs — from requirements gathering through launch. The PIM is accountable for the customer program, works closely with Engineering, Product and Design (EPD) and the Customer Success Manager (CSM.)
This is a high-visibility role at a company that moves fast and ships the insurance programs that real customers interact with every day. You'll work directly with some of the most innovative brands and carriers in insurance, serving as the person who makes launches happen.
