CASEWORKER

The Caseworker supports SCO Family of Services' Community Residential Programs by providing goal-directed, child-centered, and family-focused care. This role requires dedication to empowering clients, respecting their dignity, and promoting self-determination. Caseworkers work closely with families, youth, and the community in a flexible, interactive, and culturally sensitive environment.
