About the role

The Account Executive plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of our wholesale customer accounts. You’ll help ensure orders are placed, processed and delivered in full and on time, while supporting business planning, reporting, replenishment and customer communication across our wholesale business.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who loves detail, builds strong relationships and knows how to juggle competing priorities while keeping the customer at the center of everything they do.

What you’ll do

  • Manage order placement through to delivery, including replenishment orders, to support DIFOT performance.
  • Partner closely with the Key Account Manager to support order placement, delivery, sell-through performance and account execution.
  • Build strong working relationships with key customer contacts and internal teams including Planning, Merchandising, Order Management, Distribution, Finance and IT.
  • Process orders in SAP in line with customer requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Support go-to-market excellence by meeting key milestones and deadlines across the seasonal calendar.
  • Provide accurate product information including pricing, fabric composition, barcodes and product descriptions.
  • Monitor order holds, delivery schedules and received goods processes, working cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly.
  • Support reporting, analysis and ad hoc projects that help drive wholesale sales performance.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the Iconic Dropship business, ensuring the assortment is accurate, commercially aligned and reflective of market expectations.

About you

You’re organised, numbers-focused and comfortable working at pace. You enjoy solving problems, building relationships and finding better ways to get things done. You bring strong attention to detail, clear communication and the confidence to work with multiple stakeholders across both internal teams and external accounts.

You’ll also bring:

  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
  • Experience using SAP or a similar order management system.
  • A customer-first mindset and the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • An analytical approach and comfort working with numbers, reporting and commercial information.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ideally, 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within wholesale, retail, apparel, FMCG or a related environment.
