Job Description
Job Summary
Create Customer satisfaction by ensuring on time in full order processing and following all concerned departments for the same.
Roles & Responsibilities

Handling E2E CS process for local/export business & Walk-In Customers

Interaction with scheduler and WH for updating of sales and stock review reports
-
Sales order entry for customer and follow up for order release
-
Tracking and monitoring of External OTIF along with RCA for all the misses
-
Ensuring out of stock orders are prioritized by coordinating with planning / Sales Team

Sharing SOA with the customers for his/her area of operation
KPIs
- OTIF – Daily Once
- Order Bank Update – Daily Once
- RCA for OTIF – Daily Once
Work experience requirement
2-3 years in Customer handling
Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree.
