How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Organize the cylinder filling to minimize cylinder handling. Before out-off, fill the cylinder on stock. After out-off, fill the cylinder to cover customer requirements.1. Cylinder Checking; includes physical inspection of new and return cylinders & bundles such as : year test or tube accessories, Paints, Valves, Caps etc. Check condition of frame bundles and manifold, and sort between ready-to-fill cylinders and bundles and cylinder and bundles to maintenance area
2. Performs operations according to plan for the empty cylinders, the unloading of the trucks, the selection (sorting) of the cylinders, the control of the test date and the overall aspect of the cylinder, and the positioning in the empty buffer zone waiting for filling.
3. For the full cylinders, it includes the picking of the cylinders according to the customer’s orders, taking the cylinders from the full buffer zone or from the full stock, and the loading the trucks. All forklift activity linked to secondary distribution is included.
4. Ensures filling start up and stop in a safe manner, follows the procedure and oversees parameters: connection and disconnection of the cylinders, the manipulation of all the valves needed to fill the cylinders or bundles with the right content, but also side tasks like analysis, batch numbering, stickers sticking, forms filling for traceability
5. Controls parameters, performs tests and checks physical data for optimized production in quality and quantity
6. Ensures corrective operations while parameters are not optimized
7. Reacts as first responder in emergency situation and initiates safety procedures
8. Keeps the management informed for any safety and/or activity issue.
9. Report any unsafe behavior or near miss by safety observation tool.
10. cleaning the rack and the site at the end of the shift.
