Benugo - Team Member (Production Assistant )

We are looking for an experienced Team Member to join the team at Benugo Deutsche Bank.

About the Team Member role:

• Kitchen Support
• Experience isn’t essential, as full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential.
• Ensuring that food safety standards are followed at all times
• Previous barista experience is a plus

Barista / Production role – £14.80 per hour. Monday to Friday, paid bank holidays.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment
• Preferred: Previous experience in food preparation, production, or food service
• Preferred: Knowledge of food safety practices or Level 1 Food Hygiene certification
• Preferred: Experience working in a team-oriented kitchen or production setting
