- Experience in retail or a customer-facing role
- Confidence leading or supporting a team on the shop floor
- A passion for customer service and driving sales
- A proactive, hands-on attitude
- Interest in sport, fashion, or the adidas brand
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering great customer service
- Support and motivate the team to hit sales targets
- Keep your area organised, stocked, and visually appealing
- Help customers find the right products and create a great shopping experience
- Support stock flow and replenishment to keep shelves full
- Step up to support store leadership when needed
