Mechanical Assembler

Job Description   The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling parts, components and/or products using a variety of tools and/or equipment in accordance with the specifications, processes and procedures required for products in a manufacturing environment.   Role and responsibilities   Assemble and build mechanical systems with the support of step-by-step work instruction software Responsible for the installation of fasteners, hardware, and sealant Ensure quality and self-inspection is carried out as per procedure. Prepare products for shipment. Input production information into computer. All other related tasks are considered part of the role and may be assigned as needed.   Knowledge and Skill Requirements   Experience in a manufacturing or equivalent environment. Competency in the use of various pneumatic and electric tools Positive attitude. Being able to lift metal pieces of 50 pounds. Ability to meet deadlines and align productivity with the organization's performance indicators and objectives. Adaptability, learning, and problem-solving skills. Good manual dexterity, meticulousness, and resourcefulness.
