Job Description
Bid Manager: Responsible for coordinating meetings and composing recaps, setting a timeline, managing and populating the response in Responsive, coordinating and sending client Q&A, reaching out to SMEs for their content pieces, coordinating design needs, proofing finals, submissions, and debriefs, The Bid Manager handles all aspects of the bid fulfillment and administration. The Bid Manager assists the Solution Lead with DocuGram approvals. Bid Managers also scrape responses for new or updated content to be uploaded to Responsive
