Logistics Specialist for Data Center – Day Shift Primarily Roles & Responsibilities · Manage all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, specifically with regard to customer satisfaction. Proactively anticipates and defuses potential customer and vendor problems related to freight, packaging and delivery. · Communicate internally and externally regarding transportation requirements. · Processes customer requests for industry compliance. Works with suppliers and Product Engineering to ensure that all necessary documents are received and customer requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. · Other duties as assigned.
