Job Description
monitors, maintains, and controls mainframe and networked computer systems. They are responsible for keeping daily hardware operations running smoothly, executing production schedules, processing batch jobs, and troubleshooting software or equipment issues to ensure minimal downtime

VIII. Attach additional entities to the incident.
IX. Link related incidents.
X. Attach a document as a URL link to the incident.
XI. Link the flagged incident data.
XII. The operator shall be responsible to create standalone incident reports or incident
reports tied to alarms.
XIII. The operator shall be responsible to link multiple video sequences to an incident,
access them in an incident report.
XIV. It should be responsibility of the operator to define the number of persons including
gender identification within the crowd scenario with crowd detection and headcount
analytics.
XV. Dashboard: The operator (Operator 1) shall be responsible to present the Alert on the
geospatially enabled maps in the form of visual & audio. Auto pop-up of alert manager
window shall be demonstrated.
XVI. Acknowledge the alert in alert manager.
XVII. Demonstration of predefined and relevant SOP in the SOP section.
XVIII. Demonstration of specifying the custom comments in the appropriate field.
XIX. Demonstration of performing all the tasks specified in the SOP.
XX. Demonstration of generation and receipt of analysed reports from the ICCC of the
system.
XXI. Demonstration of ICCC Mobile Application. Post training from NEC/OEM
XXII. Demonstration of PIU/P-IRIS software features. Post training from NEC/ OEM
XXIII. MIS Reports and Incident Reporting
XXIV. Assistance in Integration with other integrations as and when required by adding more
use-cases. SLA reporting
XXV. Ensure to follow different kind of reports/documents required during O&M such as
SOPs etc. for effective maintenance of hardware, field devices and related eco-system
etc.
