This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Success Manager based in Brazil.

This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless, high-quality client experience from the moment a contract is signed through full onboarding and long-term success. You will act as the main operational and relational bridge between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring smooth execution across onboarding, technical setup, reporting configuration, and ongoing account health. The position combines project management, technical coordination, and client relationship ownership in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. You will guide clients through complex onboarding processes, ensuring all platforms, data, and tracking systems are properly configured for success. A key part of the role involves troubleshooting technical access issues, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring accurate performance reporting setup. You will also maintain ongoing client relationships through structured check-ins and feedback cycles. This is a high-impact role where organization, communication, and execution directly influence client satisfaction and retention.
