Responsibilities
Position Summary
Responsible for the overall leadership and strategic management of the PeopleSoft platform, including development, production support, integrations, security, and ongoing optimization
This role partners closely with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, and other business stakeholders to deliver stable, scalable, and compliant PeopleSoft solutions that align with enterprise priorities.
The role provides functional, technical, and operational leadership to internal teams and external contractors, ensuring best practices, system reliability, and continuous improvement of PeopleSoft FSCM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Ownership & Governance
- Own the overall PeopleSoft FSCM platform, including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Management, Lease Administration, and related modules
- Ensure system stability, performance, security, compliance, and audit readiness
- Drive standardization and reduction of technical debt and unnecessary customizations
- Establish and enforce governance, change management, and release management processes
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage PeopleSoft development, functional, production support, and vendor teams
- Set priorities, delivery expectations, timelines, and escalation paths
- Provide technical and functional oversight, review designs, and approve solution approaches
- Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing and process maturity
Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary PeopleSoft liaison for Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Tax, and Operations stakeholders
- Lead requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and solution design discussions
- Translate business needs into sustainable PeopleSoft solutions
