Job Description
- Thought-leadership with cross program Global projects (e.g. channel Management, cross-functional partnership, Policy, sales excellence etc.): guide hypotheses and analysis behind drivers and root causes, recommend and prioritize highest impact initiatives.
- Lead and execute GTM strategy and multi-year goal for AppDev to continue growing out top Developers, while building the base of rising Apps. Ensure high-quality execution, exceptional change management and operational excellence. Make recommendations rooted in data and deep market insights to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Manage, coach and develop a team of high-performing analysts, to deliver against strategic business goals and operational priorities.
- Chief-of-Staff to Global AppDev leader, help drive executive reviews including QBRs, OKRs setting, content for townhalls, etc.
- Drive partnership with senior Sales, StratOps, Product and Sales Activation, Marketing, gTech, Sales Finance and other stakeholder teams to help drive business operations.
