Littelfuse Talent Management team is looking for a Talent Management Specialist to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will manage and execute talent and performance management processes in partnership with the Talent Management Partner, HRIS, and Learning & Development teams. You will ensure talent management and training activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time while maintaining strong communication with HR partners and stakeholders to continuously improve processes and systems.
About the job:
Manage and execute performance and talent management processes, including goal setting, mid-year and annual performance reviews, and talent calibration, in partnership with HRIS
Maintain and update talent management systems, ensuring process accuracy, timely completion, and continuous improvement based on stakeholder feedback
Communicate and coordinate with HR partners and managers to ensure process completion, effectiveness, and compliance
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with talent management and training requirements
Prepare and deliver training sessions, communications, and supporting materials for employees
Participate in workshops and projects related to Talent Management and broader HR initiatives
About You:
3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or a related role
Familiarity with talent management best practices and HR processes
Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
