The role:
Jefferson Healthcare (www.jeffersonhealthcare.org) is currently looking for a Process Improvement & Innovation Specialist. The Process Improvement Specialist is a key contributor to operational process initiatives within the organization aimed at increasing efficiency. This role involves working closely with a variety of stakeholders to pinpoint areas for improvement, establish objectives, develop strategies, and manage the rollout of new processes and technologies, including the thoughtful use of approved Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. Through the use of observation, analysis, data gathering, and industry knowledge, the Process Improvement Specialist leads efforts to enhance operational effectiveness and support staff during transitions using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, RPI, 5S, and Value Stream Analysis.

This is a full-time, exempt position, and will remain open until filled.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience preferred
- Two Years (2) Healthcare, Quality, or Process Improvement Experience Required
- Two Years (2) Analytics Experience Required
- Two Years (2) Experience in conducting outcome evaluation activities, defining cause & effect implications, and identifying improvement strategies required
- Is or will become familiar with regulatory requirements for inpatient, observation, and swing bed patients
- Project management experience preferred
