Join our Technology Team and advance your career as a Site Reliability Engineer
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will support the building, maintenance and solving of software solutions, infrastructure and services the software solutions, infrastructure and services that powers technology platforms. In this role, you will work with a team of engineers and participants to ensure that the digital solutions are highly available, scalable, and secure and will be responsible for assisting in automating routine tasks and support performance improvement activities.
In this role You will:
Support the team in maintaining the availability, scalability, and security of digital solutions
Contribute to identified improvements in operational processes and site performance.
Support the reliability, performance, and scalability of cloud-based applications within established processes
Identify issues and raise or resolve them in line with established procedures.
Collaborate with software developers, engineers, and operations teams to support system performance activities
Support incident analysis activities and contribute to documentation of findings
What You will need to be successful:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Python, Go, Java, or Ruby + Bash/PowerShell
Strong Linux/Unix and networking fundamentals
Cloud & DevOps
AWS/Azure and cloud-native services
CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
Reliability & Operations
Incident management, RCA, post-mortems
Monitoring & logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
System performance, deployment, and solving at scale
Engineering & Data
SDLC standards, secure and maintainable code
Distributed systems experience
SQL/NoSQL, data modelling, performance tuning
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability
Desirable criteria:
You have a product-centric attitude that you use to understand business needs. You have the technical and interpersonal skills to collaboratively design scalable systems and engineering solutions that meet those needs
