You will own the evolution of brand voice across CRM, email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging, transforming transactional communication into emotionally resonant, trust-building experiences. Operating in a high-growth, data-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with product, growth, and customer insights teams to translate user pain points into meaningful messaging. Your work will directly influence engagement, retention, and long-term brand perception for millions of users. You will also help establish a scalable tone-of-voice system from the ground up, shaping both immediate lifecycle performance and long-term brand equity. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where copy, storytelling, and customer empathy are treated as core growth drivers.
