Job Description
In this role, you will be a key member of the Customer Platform team within the IT organization, driving the successful delivery of Salesforce CRM initiatives that support global Sales, Marketing and Service functions. You will lead Agile execution across multiple Salesforce workstreams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business priorities. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders while driving continuous improvement through Agile best practices, ensuring cross-functional alignment, effective dependency management, and disciplined execution
