Reporting to the HR Manager, the Human Resources Generalist oversees daily HR activities for the plant’s hourly workforce. This role partners with plant leadership to support employee relations, staffing, safety, and compliance initiatives. The position contributes directly to employee engagement and the successful achievement of plant objectives.
