As part of this bold transformation, we’re looking for a Portfolio Executive to join our team in Taiwan, supporting our Smoke-Free Products (SFP), including IQOS.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our product portfolio, driving launches, and ensuring best-in-class execution in a highly dynamic and regulated environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support the execution of portfolio strategies and initiatives for Smoke-Free Products, aligned with market objectives and consumer insights
Drive product launch readiness and commercialization, ensuring cross-functional alignment across local, regional, and global teams
Coordinate portfolio projects and governance processes (e.g., approvals, timelines, deliverables) to ensure high-quality and compliant execution
Develop and manage portfolio materials and communications, ensuring clear product positioning and alignment with business priorities
Collaborate with Brand, Commercial, and Field teams to ensure portfolio initiatives effectively support front-line execution
Manage and coordinate external agencies, ensuring high-quality outputs and efficient delivery
Support budget tracking and performance analysis, identifying opportunities to optimize ROI and drive efficiencies
Ensure all activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal company standards
Contribute to long-term portfolio planning and support ad hoc strategic projects
Who We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Product/Portfolio Management
Background in FMCG preferred, with openness to candidates from healthcare, medical, or other highly regulated industries
Strong experience in consumer-facing execution, including product launches or campaign delivery
Solid understanding of brand management and portfolio strategy
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
