The Talent Acquisition Specialist works as a staff member of the Human Resources Department team. This position reports to the Corporate Human Resources Director and/or Manager. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, interviewing and recommending candidates for vacant requested positions, managing the internal application process, and processing administrative referrals in addition to overseeing and assisting with all ROP site recruitment.
