Join our team as an Intern in Pensions Products Unit- until the end of November on full time basis!

Luminor’s Asset Management and Pensions team is looking for a motivated Intern to support our Estonian Product Manager in daily operations and contribute to ongoing projects. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in reporting, data handling, and pension-related processes, while also having the opportunity to explore areas such as portfolio analysis and digital improvements.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Support daily and weekly reporting activities together with the Estonian Product Manager

  • Enter and manage GDPR consents in CRM systems for pension customers

  • Participate in Asset Management and Pension projects through data collection, analysis, and administrative support

  • Handle administrative tasks related to pension agreements, applications, and documentation

  • Assist in application flow management, prioritizing customer cases and distributing tasks to advisors

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure smooth processes

  • Contribute to portfolio-related tasks and digital improvements (e.g., webpage enhancements) based on your interests and skills
