Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated culinary professional to join our team and contribute to delivering world-class cuisine. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in a wide range of cooking techniques and ensure the highest standards of quality, taste, consistency, and food safety — aligning with both DO & CO and airline client specifications.

With our three business segments, Airline Catering, International Event Catering, Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels, we offer gourmet entertainment all over the world. Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of cooking techniques, including prepping, roasting, broiling, braising, sautéing, and grilling
Prepare meals according to quality standards for freshness, taste, appearance, and consistency
Follow standardized recipes to ensure portion control and product consistency
Notify the Chef or Sous Chef immediately of any shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns with ingredients or products
Monitor and assist with the timing and flow of food production to maintain an efficient kitchen operation
Support coordination between kitchen stations to prevent delays in the production process
Ensure full compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
Adhere strictly to procedures outlined in the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) handbook
Report any food safety risks or violations to your manager and the hygiene/food safety team
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times
Qualifications:
Proactivity and self-organization
Ability to manage through a substantial workload
Capability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines
Ability to accurately monitor wastage
Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)
Culinary Education required
Minimum of 2 year of cooking experience.
