Job Description
The Production Associate performs repetitive manufacturing and assembly tasks in a safe manner while in compliance with all PPE requirements. Each task is to be completed with the results exceeding customer expectations. Each task is to be accomplished with the objective to keep a balanced line flow to meet delivery schedules. Associates must be able to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions while bending, stooping, twisting, and turning while lifting 20 lbs. frequently and 40 lbs. occasionally for light production and 40 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally for heavy production.
