
Specialty Scheduling Assistant | Occupational Health
Job Description
Responsible for providing scheduling support to department. Participates in the coordination of clinic activity through the processing of physician orders, and performing patient scheduling duties to support patient care staff to achieve the hospital mission. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.
Schedule:
- Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud
- Day shift | working hours between 6:45am-4:30pm
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $18.40 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Pay range: $18.40- $27.61 per hour

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required, post high school secretarial training preferred
- One year experience or equivalent knowledge/skills required
- Must demonstrate excellent communicative skills
- Typing 50 wpm
