The Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) Neuro Specialist will be responsible for Integra’s Aurora (Rebound) product line and will report to the Area Sales Director. Primary responsibilities will be:  

 

  • Partner with each of the Account Managers and Regional Business Managers to achieve or exceed Area sales targets for Aurora franchise 

  • Involvement in all major Area Aurora opportunities from initial presentations and surgeon training through evaluations and initial ordering 

  • Leadership capabilities developed through teammate mentoring and coaching during field rides and consistent communication within Area 

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 

  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding area revenue targets for Aurora product line 

  • Travel extensively within the US to visit key accounts and clinicians with Account Managers and support product sales, service, and implementation of products. 

  • Train new Account Managers on the product feature/benefits and utility in neurosurgery. 

  • Identify, track, and help execute leads for new product sales. 

  • Partner with marketing and product development to identify new product needs, product enhancements and product line extensions. 

  • Partner with marketing to create and manage training plans and support materials for sales team and clinicians 

  • Work with Key Opinion Leaders to help develop corporate relationships for Integra. 

  • Develop and maintain product expertise and clinical experience in the operating room necessary for customer and Account Manager support 

Qualifications: 

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position. 

  • BA/BS at an accredited college or university.  

  • Minimum 5 years successful selling/marketing experience. 

  • O.R. Medical Device experience preferred. 

  • Must be able and willing to travel extensively to include plane travel with overnights. 

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
