Junior Data Privacy & Contract Specialist (d/f/m) for the ELM Region

As a Junior Data Privacy Contract Specialist, you will help us ensure that sensitive Life Health information is handled with integrity, care, and innovation across diverse international markets. If you are passionate about meaningful work, global collaboration, and growing your legal and data privacy expertise, this role gives you the platform to make a real impact. You will: Draft and edit reinsurance contracts and other relevant documents for our clients in the ELM region, ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and standards. Analyze contract terms that deviate from our standards for possible acceptance and assist the team with other legal matters, working closely with Legal and Compliance. Communicate and work closely with our offices in Mexico and Spain to ensure smooth and efficient cooperation. Organize and manage our contract documents to ensure structured, consistent, and easily accessible documentation. Embed operational data privacy compliance into Life Health ELM business processes. Safeguard personal and health data by ensuring secure, consistent, and auditable processing across the entire data lifecycle. Translate regulatory requirements (GDPR and internal privacy policies) into practical, business‑friendly solutions. Support our teams by ensuring accurate and compliant creation, maintenance, and governance of reinsurance contract documentation.
