Refund Specialist I - On Site

The Refund Specialist I – RCM is responsible for processing and resolving refund-related activities accurately and efficiently. This role supports revenue cycle operations by working returned refunds, addressing exception refunds, and managing overpayment dispute processes while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. This role may also be assigned to post payments and perform essential cash management duties. At this time, US Anesthesia Partners does not hire candidates residing in California, Hawaii, or Alaska. The base pay estimate for this role is $16.49 - $26.39 hourly.
