Commercial HVAC Service Technician – REIC Rentals (Marysville, OH)
Are you ready to apply your commercial HVAC expertise with a well-established, customer-focused leader in construction and industrial climate control equipment rentals?
REIC Rentals is seeking safety- and customer-driven Commercial HVAC Service Technicians for our Marysville location. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted technical expert responsible for keeping our high-performance rental fleet operating at peak performance. From heating and cooling to dehumidification, ventilation, and environmental control equipment, your work ensures our equipment is safe, reliable, and customer-ready-both in the shop and at job sites.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time
-
Ability to walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds multiple times per shift
What You'll Do
-
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC rental equipment in the shop and at customer sites
-
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues

Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
-
Provide hands-on customer support and basic equipment training
-
Accurately document service work using modern systems
-
Travel to customer locations and support seasonal overtime needs
-
Maintain a strong safety focus in all environments
What You'll Bring
-
3+ years of experience in HVAC, equipment service, field maintenance, or related work
-
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
-
Safety-first mindset in both shop and field environments
-
Clear and professional communication skills
-
EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
-
3–5 years of HVAC/R experience (strongly preferred)

Clean driving record and minimum age of 21

Willingness to travel and adapt to changing priorities
