As a key member of our front desk team, you serve as the heart of the hotel, where most guest interactions begin & end. Your role shapes each guest’s experience. Our Front Desk Agents are the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive. You provide efficient service across all shifts—including morning (AM), evening (PM), and overnight audit periods—ensuring consistency & professionalism at all times. You must be able to work the 10PM–6AM Night Auditor shift as needed to meet the hotel's scheduling demands. Your responsibilities include managing check‑ins & check‑outs, handling reservations, & addressing guest inquiries or concerns with courtesy, accuracy, and exceptional customer service. Salary Range $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
