Archery Coach, Summer Camps

As Archery Coach, Sport, your primary role is to oversee and execute Archery program operations. You will ensure campers, parents, Volunteers and WinSport Team Members have exceptional experiences.

This position requires strong leadership and coaching skills to effectively manage Archery programming and ensure young archers are developing along the progression pathway. You will work collaboratively with Sport leadership to design fun, unique, and engaging programming that elevates the sport and ignites a passion in those participating.
