The Senior Corporate Recruiter plays a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to support West Bend’s strategic goals.  This role manages full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of positions including critical, complex, and officer level positions, while serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HRBPs  The Senior Corporate Recruiter provides consultive guidance on recruiting strategies, leverages labor market insights to influence decisions, and contributes to employer branding and process improvements.
