Job Description
Indiana Wesleyan University invites applications for a one-year visiting faculty position in the Department of Psychology on our residential campus in Marion, Indiana. This position may be especially well-suited for an early-career academic psychologist seeking meaningful undergraduate teaching experience within a collaborative and mission-driven Christian higher education context. Applicants should show evidence of personal faith in Jesus Christ, full agreement with the Wesleyan-Arminian theology, and commitment to liberal arts learning and the integration of Christian faith and learning.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for undergraduate education, a commitment to mentoring students, and an interest in engaging students in scholarly or applied research experiences. Area of specialization is open.
Beginning fall 2026, this is a full-time, one-year appointment with the possibility of renewal depending on departmental needs and institutional priorities.
