Position Title:  E-Banking Support Specialist

 

Job Summary:

Assists the Self-Service Machine Deployment and Performance Governance Section in managing the end-to-end operations related to ATM/CAM and other Self Service machines deployment and as well as in the monitoring and Self-service machine performance and availability.

 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists in coordinating ATM / CAM / Other Channel deployments and performance.
  • Monitoring of all Self-Service Machine Availability and performance.
  • Filling of necessary documentations related to Self- Service Machines.
  • Assists in coordinating various activity and documentation concerns to internal and external partners.
  • Assists in monitoring the completion of the quarterly Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMI) and resolution of recurring Self Service machines issues. 
  • Assists in monitoring and tracking of requests/activity updates, required documentation and requirements from other units related to the completion of ATM/CAM and other Self-Service Machines.
  • Assists in coordinating with vendors on any issues/requirements related to the scheduled deployment, availability and performance of self-service machines for immediate actions.
  • Prepares all unit’s related reports. This includes ATM Inventory and Availability, ATM Count, ATM and CAM Directory, BSP Reports, POC Related reports, FLM and SLM reports, CMSU ATM Status Report   and all other reports that might be requested from time to time.
  • Performs basic administrative functions as may be assigned by the Section head or Department Head

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in a related field
