Position Responsibilities:
Serves as a subject matter expert on the MCF Customer onboarding journey and technical
integration aspects (including APIs and third part applications). Lead strategic merchant end to-
end customer onboarding and technical integration plans within Ecommerce and Fulfillment.
Consolidate international customer feedback and requirements related to onboarding, API and
integrations to influence the MCF Product development roadmap. Own internal as well as
customer-facing operating procedures and develop process improvement programs. Own
issue escalation with program ownership related to onboarding, integration and APIs.

Position Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology,
Data Science, Engineering, or related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a
related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer
Science, Information Systems/ Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or related field and five
years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's
degree and two years of experience.
Must have one year of experience in the following: 1) experience leading large-scale, technical
or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development,
realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion; 2) experience in a customer
facing role, engaging with customer executives, technologists and partners to solve business
problems with advanced technologies; 3) experience in a direct or matrixed role leading technical
and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad
functional teams. 4) utilizing ERP, Business Intelligence Systems, or SaS.
40 hours/week, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Salary Range $169,000 - $228,600
