Medical Director (Psychiatrist)

The Medical Director (Psychiatrist) plays a critical leadership role within Thresholds and reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer. This position provides strategic, clinical, and administrative oversight of psychiatric services across the organization. The Medical Director ensures that all psychiatric care meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, and member-centered practice, while advancing Thresholds’ mission and guiding a team of physicians, psychiatric practitioners, and care coordination staff.
