As our Operations Manager in Gdańsk, you are the driving force behind the daily operations of our site. You are not someone who watches from the sidelines — you’re on the floor, close to your team, spotting opportunities, solving challenges, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
You work closely with our sales team and international colleagues, ensuring we deliver top quality and excellent service to our customers.
Your role is broad, dynamic, and full of ownership:

Your role is broad, dynamic, and full of ownership:
- You take the lead in the day-to-day operations of the site and step in whenever needed
- You ensure that everything runs smoothly — from safety and quality to customer satisfaction
- You manage and optimize stock, filter fleet, and team performance
- You plan ahead: setting up timelines, budgets, and priorities, and keeping everything on track
- You lead projects and make sure they are delivered on time and within budget
- You look at processes with a critical eye and improve them together with international colleagues
- You ensure everything is fully compliant with regulations, including permits and cross-border requirements
- You support your team where needed — from logistics to administration
- You report directly to the European Supply Chain Director.
Who are you?
- You’re someone who enjoys combining people leadership, operational excellence, and data-driven thinking.
- You live in the Gdańsk area and enjoy being present on-site daily, close to your operations
- You speak Polish and English fluently
- You have experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management
- You have a strong affinity with data and performance tracking — you don’t just feel what’s happening, you know it
- You feel comfortable working in an international environment(or are excited to grow into it)
- You are a natural leader who knows how to motivate and guide a team
- You have a hands-on mindset — you don’t wait, you act
