International Schools Partnership is seeking a School Administration Officer to join our team to be based in Warsaw.
Key Responsibilities:
coordinating institutional calendar activities and scheduling internal and external meetings
triaging staff and client matters and handling part of them independently
supervision of school documentation in accordance with the provisions of education law
responsibility for internal (staff) and external (clients) communications
managing relations with vendors, ensuring proper vendor documentation approval and payments flow
ensuring compliance and data quality in SIO System Informacji Oświatowej
managing subsidy processes and related documentation
reporting, carrying out ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of School
cooperation with Admissions and Payments teams to support administrative processes
Key Requirements:
prior experience in working in a school
experience managing SIO System Informacji Oświatowej
task prioritization and time management skills
fluent in Polish, advanced in English
experience with Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, PowerPoint)
strong interpersonal skills
experience working in customer relations – nice to have
experience working with C-level management – nice to have

zarządzanie relacjami z dostawcami, zapewnienie prawidłowego obiegu dokumentacji od dostawców i przepływu płatności
administracja Systemem Informacji Oświatowej SIO
zarządzanie procesem dotacji wraz z powiązaną dokumentacją
raportowanie, realizacja zadań zleconych przez dyrektora
współpraca z zespołami ds. rekrutacji i płatności
Kluczowe wymagania:
doświadczenie w pracy w szkole
doświadczenie w zarządzaniu Systemem Informacji Oświatowej SIO
umiejętność priorytetyzacji zadań i zarządzania czasem
biegła znajomość języka polskiego, zaawansowana znajomość języka angielskiego
doświadczenie w pracy z pakietem Microsoft (SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, PowerPoint)
wysokie umiejętności interpersonalne
doświadczenie w pracy w dziale obsługi klienta – mile widziane
doświadczenie we współpracy z zarządem spółki – mile widziane
